Report Title: Agricultural Certificates; Agricultural Theft ($)
Description: Establishes that possession by any person of agricultural commodities, products, and livestock without the proper certificates is prima facie evidence that these items were stolen; includes theft of agricultural commodities and products that exceed 25 pounds in the offense of theft in the second degree; clarifies other conditions for theft of agricultural products, commodities, equipment, or supplies.
