Clarifies that a fireworks permit is required for the purchase or use of fireworks. Specifies the time period when consumer fireworks may be sold. Prohibits the giving, transferring, donating, or exchange for consideration of fireworks to any person who does not have a fireworks permit. (SB1476 HD1) |
