Description: Provides a refundable state earned income tax credit (EITC) equivalent to twenty percent of the federal EITC. Requires the refundable portion of the EITC to be reimbursed by federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or state TANF Maintenance of Effort funds. (SB1410 HD1)
