Measure Title: RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.
Report Title: Agribusiness Development Corporation; Waialua; Conservation Easements ($)
Description: Requires ADC to obtain agricultural land in Waialua from the Galbraith Estate and allows ADC to purchase such land through issuance of revenue bonds. Requires agricultural leases of at least 55 years for lands in central Oahu acquired under this bill. Enables ADC to contract with banks to provide lease management services. Allows ADC to purchase, accept, maintain, and enforce certain conservation easements. Effective July 1, 2010. (SB1268 HD2)
