Measure Title: RELATING TO MILITARY INSTALLATIONS.
Report Title: Military Installations; Military Participation In Certain Land Use Revision Proceedings
Description: Requires a county planning department or petitioner to notify the authorities of a military installation of a proposed zoning change or district boundary amendment. Requires a county or the LUC to request from the commanding officer of the military installation written comments and supporting facts relating to the use of the land being considered for a zoning change or district boundary amendment. Requires a county land use decision-making authority or the LUC to review and consider the impact of a proposed zoning change or district boundary amendment on a military installation and the rest of the community.
