Description: Gives the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) more autonomy regarding procurement matters by designating the chief executive officer of HHSC as the chief procurement officer. Establishes that procurements with a value of $25,000 but less than $50,000 be executed in accordance with the small purchase procedures of the state procurement code. Effective 7/1/50. (SD2)
