Description: | Makes the redemption center requirements of the deposit beverage container law applicable to dealers located in rural areas and dealers located within two miles of a certified redemption center in a high density population area. Exempts counties with a population of less than 500,000 and businesses with less than 10,000 sq. ft., rather than the existing 5,000 sq. ft., of interior space from the redemption center requirements.
