Description: Requires a driver to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk until the pedestrian has completed crossing the road. Requires the driver to yield even if the pedestrian is on the opposite side of the road when the driver approaches, unless the pedestrian is on the opposite side of a divided roadway.
