Upon an affirmative vote by the Committee, the Committee will meet in executive session to review the resumes of attorneys interested in serving as the Special Deputy Attorney General who will conduct a civil investigation of the Kaloko Reservoir dam breach on March 14, 2006.
During the executive session portion of the meeting, only the Committee members and staff will be allowed inside the conference room.
