RELATING TO STATE AND COUNTY TORT LIABILITY.

Repeals the sunset date of Act 190, SLH 1996, which establishes conclusive presumptions regarding the duty of public entities to warn of dangers at public beach parks. Changes the sunset date of Act 170, SLH 2002, which provides an exception to liability for county lifeguard services, to 2008. (SD1)

RELATING TO GROUNDED VESSELS.

Allows the State to take immediate action when a vessel is grounded on a coral reef or is in imminent danger of breaking up. (SD2)

Increases the period of time in which impact fees are expended or encumbered by counties from six to ten years.

Creates a legacy land conservation commission to assist DLNR and BLNR in administering the land conservation fund; establishes priorities for land and easement acquisitions with moneys in the fund. (SD2)
