RELATING TO BOATING.

Increases mooring fees 50% on 7/1/06, and additional 10% each subsequent 7/1 for next 4 years.

Raises the total aggregate value of capital advancement project contracts the board of land and natural resources may let per calendar year to improve small boat harbors from $5,000,000 to $25,000,000. Changes the maximum amount of a single capital advancement project contract that the board can execute without legislative approval from $2,000,000 to an unspecified amount.
