RELATING TO MILITARY INSTALLATIONS. Requires notification to the commanding officer of a military installation of zoning changes and district boundary amendments for land within 3,000 feet or 2 miles (depending on county population) of a military installation. |

Repeals the sunset date of Act 190, SLH 1996, which establishes conclusive presumptions regarding the duty of public entities to warn of dangers at public beach parks.
