RELATING TO LAND USE. Prohibits counties from permitting uses in the agricultural district other than permissible uses pursuant to section 205-4.5.

RELATING TO LAND USE. Allows agricultural lands used for certain activities to be leased without subdividing the leased land; provided that no residential structure is allowed on the land. The leased land is also exempt from county subdivision ordinances and is not considered an interest in land.

RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL TOURISM. Allows agricultural tourism conducted on an existing working farm or an existing farming operation; provided that the agricultural tourism activity is accessory and secondary to the principal agricultural use and does not interfere with surrounding farm operations.

RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS. Permits renegotiations of hotel and resort leases, and permits disposition of public lands by negotiations for agricultural purposes.

RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL LEASES. Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) to establish an advisory panel to review applicants seeking to pre-qualify for DLNR agricultural leases. Establishes forfeiture penalties for non-compliance.

RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL PUBLIC LAND USED TO GROW BIODIESEL PRODUCING CROPS. Provides favorable lease availability for those who commit to use leased public agricultural lands for the production of crops, the consumption of which is used to produce biodiesel.
