Requires honey produced in Hawaii to be labeled according to its origin. Requires department of agriculture to adopt rules to certify compliance with labeling and purity requirements. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2796 HD1)

RELATING TO LAND USE.

Allows agricultural lands used for certain activities to be subdivided and leased without having to satisfy county subdivision ordinances or the Uniform Land Sales Practice Act; provided that the land shall be used for agricultural uses only. (HB2146 HD1)

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.

Requires the Invasive Species Council to give priority to eradicating coqui frogs that are on lands owned by the State or any county and within one mile of residential areas. (HB2759 HD1)
