Makes an appropriation for the Sage PLUS program to establish four .5 FTE Sage PLUS specialist positions to expand services to the neighbor islands, and for funds to support the program's operating costs.

RELATING TO THE STATE PHARMACY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

Extends income eligibility requirement to one hundred fifty per cent of the federal poverty level. Requires the department to provide enrollees with counseling about prescription drug plans. (SD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND TRUST REVENUES.

Allocates a portion of public land trust revenues to the repair and maintenance of the Royal Mausoleum. Establishes that the allocation of public land trust revenues is not to be taken from existing pro rata share of revenues reserved for the benefit of native Hawaiians. (SD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Gives the Office of the Ombudsman authority to investigate acts of private, out-of-state, or federal correctional facilities with which the Department of Public Safety has contracted to house persons committed to the custody of the Director of Public Safety. (SD1)
