RELATING TO SOLICITATION OF FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

Requires professional solicitors to disclose to contributors whether a donation will be tax deductible and solicitors' full legal name, address and phone number. Adopts clarifying amendments to the definition of "solicit." Allows the attorney general to suspend or revoke any registration where the registrant has failed to file, or filed an incomplete financial report as required. (SD1)
