RELATING TO TIME SHARE ZONING. Authorizes the counties to restrict time share units and time share plans in zoning districts, if they establish a time share zoning district. |

Persons wishing to testify should submit 30 copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 231, State Capitol, 24 hours prior to the hearing.
