RELATING TO DEFINITION OF NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLE. Clarifies the definition of "neighborhood electric vehicle" regarding carrying capacity, the number of vehicle wheels allowed, and the maximum gross vehicle weight rating allowed. |

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR VIOLATIONS INVOLVING MINORS. Requires judges to suspend the driver's licenses of licensed drivers under the age of 21 when the drivers have been convicted of illegal possession of liquor and if the defendant does not yet have a driver's license. Postpones the defendant's eligibility to obtain a license until the defendant is 18 years of age or for 90 days, whichever period is longer. Allows a judge the discretion to permit limited driving for those with a suspended license, if there is a need to drive for employment or educational purposes. |

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES. Permits motor vehicle backup warning beepers to be disabled between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. if the vehicle's driver is assisted by another person while reversing. |

Provides that information be made available to a driver's license examiner which pertains to persons under the age of eighteen who have pending violations or proceedings that could result in the suspension or revocation of a driver's license or any pending adjudication for offenses relating to the operation of a motor vehicle. |
