The purpose of this decision making meeting is to insert substantive provisions into the following short form bill. A public hearing will be scheduled at a later date, at which time public testimony will be accepted.

SB 2768	RELATING TO AVIATION FUEL TAX. Proposed SD1: Exempts from GET, use , and fuel taxes the aviation fuel used in intrastate air transportation and transportation between Hawaii and the mainland.	TGO, WAM
