The purpose of this decision making meeting is to insert substantive provisions into the following short form bill. A public hearing will be scheduled at a later date, at which time public testimony will be accepted.

SB 2780	RELATING TO HARBORS. Proposed SD1: Authorizes the department of transportation to partner with a private developer to purchase or lease land for an intra-island ferry or water taxis at west Oahu. (SD1)	TGO
