The following bills have been added to the MAT only portion of the agenda:

RELATING TO CHILD PROTECTION.

Establishes registry of children's electronic contact points to which unsolicited messages regarding pornography, illegal or prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, and fireworks may not be sent; makes it a class C felony to send such messages to a registered electronic contact point and authorizes civil penalty of $5,000 per message.

RELATING TO TECHNOLOGY.

Makes an appropriation for the development of a permanent alternate data center. (SD1)

Persons wishing to testify should submit 20 3-hole punched copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 216, State Capitol, 24 hours prior to the hearing.
