The following bills have been added to the MAT portion only of the agenda:

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A REGIONAL BIO-CONTAINMENT LABORATORY FACILITY.

Authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds and making an appropriation for the plans, design, construction, and equipment of a level III biotechnology laboratory facility for the University of Hawaii.

RELATING TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

Establishes the Hawaii Innovations Fund to provide grants to individuals or businesses that conduct research or product development in the life sciences or advanced technology fields.

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
