RELATING TO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. Provides that, in cases where public employees are convicted, pleads guilty or no contest to, even if the plea is deferred, to having embezzled, stolen or otherwise unlawfully taken, received, or retained, or failed properly to account for, any property or funds belonging to the State or any county or any department, bureau, board, or other agency, public employees be fined four times the amount taken.
