RELATING TO AUTOMATIC EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS. Requires certain places of employment, physical fitness facilities, and buildings, to be equipped with an automatic external defibrillator. Expands the "Good Samaritan" exemption from liability as it applies to users of automatic external defibrillators. |

RELATING TO SERVICE LEARNING. Requires service-learning opportunities for all students in public schools. Requires service-learning projects as part of high school curriculum for graduation from public high schools. Exempts students engaged in service-learning projects from civil liability.
