RELATING TO SEX ASSAULT SERVICES.

Appropriates moneys to fully fund sexual assault services in the State.

RELATING TO DISCLOSURE OF VITAL STATISTICS RECORDS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS.

Adds law enforcement officers to those who are considered to have a direct and tangible interest in public health statistic records.

RELATING TO AUTOMATIC EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS.

Requires certain places of employment, physical fitness facilities, and buildings, to be equipped with an automatic external defibrillator. Expands the "Good Samaritan" exemption from liability as it applies to users of automatic external defibrillators.

RELATING TO SERVICE LEARNING.

Requires service-learning opportunities for all students in public schools. Requires service-learning projects as part of high school curriculum for graduation from public high schools. Exempts students engaged in service-learning projects from civil liability. Makes appropriation.

RELATING TO HAWAIIAN EDUCATION.

Establishes a noncontiguous Hawaiian charter school district under the board of education to be monitored by a Hawaiian charter school council.

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Provides island-wide bus service for the only DOE public Hawaiian immersion school on Kauai. Makes appropriation.

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Appropriates $5,000 to each school that has a Hawaiian language immersion program for translation of books and materials into Hawaiian. Appropriates staff for the English for second language learners program.
