RELATING TO FIREARMS. Authorizes chiefs of police to issue licenses to carry a concealed firearm. Details processes for license applications, renewals, and record keeping. Strictly prohibits carrying concealed firearms under certain circumstances. Repeals HRS section 134-9. |
