RELATING TO THE HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE. Requires that all publications, signage, or other items produced by the State exempts correctly spell Hawai‘i by including a glottal stop; exempts publications, signage, or other items existing before the active date of this Act. |

RELATING TO THE HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE. Requires signs in state buildings, parks, facilities, and other state public sites to be in Hawaiian and English. Requires use of okina and kahako on signs in the Hawaiian language to reflect proper use of the language. |

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC LAND TRUST. Provides that twenty days prior to the convening of each legislative session, the governor shall provide to the legislature and the office of Hawaiian affairs an accounting of all revenues of, and certain other information relating to, the public land trust for the most recent fiscal year preceding the session. Requires that the report be for each state department and agency. |

RELATING TO THE COUNTIES. Requires counties to adopt ordinances to allow buildings designed using practices, styles, customs, and materials from indigenous Hawaiian architecture. |

Directs the auditor to conduct an audit to determine the feasibility of deploying alternative energy resources to meet the energy needs of the island of Kaho'olawe and submit a report of findings and recommendations to the legislature and governor before the convening of the 2007 regular session. |
