SB 2334 SD2, HD1 (HSCR1139-06)	MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR THE HAWAII YOUTH CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. Makes an emergency appropriation to the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility.	HUS/JUD, FIN
SB 2688 SD2, HD1 (HSCR1171-06)	RELATING TO CORRECTIONS. Creates a Hawaii Juvenile Justice Commission to oversee the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facilities and the Office of Youth Services. Attached to the Department of Human Services for administrative purposes. Appropriates funds.	HUS, JUD, FIN
SB 2617 SD2 (HSCR1201-06)	RELATING TO TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES. Appropriates or authorizes unspecified amounts for various services to be funded out of temporary assistance for needy families program funds.	HUS, FIN
SB 3003 SD2, HD1 (HSCR1071-06)	RELATING TO THE STATE PHARMACY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Extends income eligibility requirement to 150 percent of the federal poverty level. Requires the Department of Human Services to provide enrollees with enrollment assistance about prescription drug plans. Makes other clarifying amendments.	HUS/HLT, FIN
SB 3247 SD2, HD1 (HSCR1025-06)	RELATING TO CARE HOMES. Expands capacity for certain types of care homes. Requires a certain number of beds for medicaid patients in certain types of care homes. Makes permanent the home- and community-based case management and community care foster family homes law.	HUS/HLT, FIN
SB 3253 SD1, HD1 (HSCR1208-06)	RELATING TO CAREGIVING. Establishes a joint legislative committee on family caregiving.	HUS/HLT, LMG, FIN
SB 3254 SD2, HD1 (HSCR1024-06)	RELATING TO HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES. Increases the maximum occupancy of community care foster family homes from two adults to three. Removes the sunset date for the licensing of home and community-based case management agencies and the certification of community care foster family homes.	HUS/HLT, FIN
