Appropriates or authorizes unspecified amounts for various services to be funded out of temporary assistance for needy families program funds.

Increases the maximum occupancy of community care foster family homes from two adults to three. Removes the sunset date for the licensing of home and community-based case management agencies and the certification of community care foster family homes.
