RELATING TO HAZARDOUS WASTE. Regulates the use of hazardous wastes in animal feed, fertilizers, soil amendments, agricultural minerals, and auxiliary soil and plant substances. Also requires the Department of Health to establish a labeling program that establishes more stringent standards than the Environmental Protection Agency and the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials, and limits imports of waste-derived products to those that meet the more stringent standards (HD1). |
