The Committee will hold an informational briefing to receive information from the Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission about the status of the PUC's collection, review, and analysis of data regarding the oil industry's compliance with the Fair Gas Price Law, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 486H.
The Committee will also receive information from the Consumer Advocate about consumer complaints or inquiries relating to the oil industry's compliance with the Fair Gas Price Law, and the Consumer Advocate's involvement with the PUC's collection, review, and analysis of compliance data received from the oil industry.
