SB 2707	RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS. Provides a tax credit, rent or lease costs and maintenance, repair or improvement costs of charter school facilities. Allows developers to pay impact fees to charter schools. Allows charter schools to lease state lands and buildings. Provides seed money to establish the charter schools facilities fund partnership. SB 3054	RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS. Provides seed money to establish the charter schools facilities fund partnership. Provides a tax credit to landlords who rent or lease to charter schools. Encourages the State to enter into leases charter schools at rates comparable to other State agencies. Reimburses new century charter schools for rent, lease, or mortgage payments for charter school facilities.	EDM/WLA, WAM
SB 3137	RELATING TO ASSET MANAGEMENT. Establishes the authority of the Board of Education and Department of Education to own and administer all lands under Hawaii's public schools.	EDM/WLA, JHW/WAM
