Requires the department of health to establish a labeling program that establishes more stringent standards than the current U.S. environmental protection agency and association of American plant food control officials standards, and limits imports of fertilizers to those that meet the more stringent standards. RELATING TO LIENS. Extends the deadline for applying for a mechanic's lien where the contractor has forgone the filing of a lien conditioned upon receipt of full payment within 45 days of completion, and the owner fails to pay in full within that time period. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
