Authorizes issuance of up to $10,000,000 in special purpose revenue bonds to assist Rosette Steel Hawaii with technology-based manufacturing of steel products for the construction industry to assist in the development of affordable housing in Hawaii. (HB3077 HD1)

RELATING TO ADULT ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTS.

Requires that a business selling adult entertainment products obscure them from view from off the premises. Requires that adult entertainment products be segregated and obscured from view from portions of the premises where other products are sold. (HB2885 HD2)
