A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to agriculture.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 188, Session Laws of Hawaii 2000, as amended by Act 96, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003, is amended by amending section 6 to read as follows:
"SECTION 6. The authorization to issue special purpose revenue bonds under this Act shall lapse on June 30, [2005.] 2007."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2005.
