A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2005.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 178, Session Laws of Hawaii 2005, is amended by adding a new section to part III to read as follows:
"SECTION 4.1 Provided that of the special fund appropriation to the Hawaii tourism authority (BED 113), the sum of $1,327,887 shall be transferred to the economic planning and research program of the department of business, economic development, and tourism (BED 130)."
SECTION 2. Act 178, Session Laws of Hawaii 2005, is amended by amending part II, section 3, item A.6. to read as follows:
