Changes required reports to be filed by cable operators, instead of filed by each cable operator.

A BILL FOR AN ACT

SECTION 1. Section 440G-14, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended to read as follows:

"§440G-14 Reports. [Each cable operator] Cable operators shall file with the director reports of [its] their financial, technical, and operational condition and [its] their ownership. The reports shall be made in a form and on the time schedule prescribed by the director and shall be kept on file open to the public."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
