A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO INCREASING CAPACITY FOR HOME- AND COMMUNITY-BASED LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 273, Session Laws of Hawaii 2001, as amended by Act 95, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003, Act 98, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003, and Act 153, Session Laws of Hawaii 2004, is amended by amending section 6 to read as follows:
"SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001[, and shall be repealed on June 30, 2006]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2006.
