Appropriates funds as grant-in-aid to Maui AIDS Foundation to improve the quality of life for those affected by HIV and AIDS through comprehensive, integrative client and case management services.

A BILL FOR AN ACT

SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2005-2006, and the same sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2006-2007, for a grant-in-aid to the Maui AIDS Foundation to improve the quality of life for those affected by HIV and AIDS through comprehensive, integrative client and case management services.

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the Maui AIDS Foundation for the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2005.
