HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

 

RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2006.

 

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2006, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2006 are hereby determined to be the 23rd, 24th, 27th, and 28th days of February, and the 1st day of March, on which dates the Regular Session of 2006 shall be recessed; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2006 are hereby determined to be the 24th and 26th days of January, the 6th, 8th, and 29th days of March, the 10th and 12th days of April, and the 1st and 3rd days of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2006 shall be recessed.
