A BILL FOR AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATIOn FOR SALT LAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE THIRTY-FIRST REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $2,700,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2006-2007, to fund the following projects at Salt Lake Elementary School in the thirty-first representative district:
1. Design and construction to renovate interior
classrooms of F-10 and F-1
Design $200,000
Construction $400,000
Equipment $300,000
Total project cost $900,000
2. Design and construction to renovate interior
classrooms of C-1, C-2, C-3, and C-4
Design $200,000
Construction $400,000
Equipment $300,000
Total project cost $900,000
3. Design and construction to renovate interior
classrooms of E-3 and E-4
Design $200,000
Construction $400,000
Equipment $300,000
Total project cost $900,000
Total Funding $2,700,000
SECTION 2. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of education for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2006.
