A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to tobacco enforcement.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to amend chapter 245, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to prevent the delivery or sale of cigarettes to minors and require age verification by the delivery service.
SECTION 2. Chapter 245, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended to conform to the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
