A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to capital improvement projects for the benefit of the eighteenth representative district.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 178, Session Laws of Hawaii 2005, is amended by adding a new item K-16A into section 85 to read as follows:
16A. NIU VALLEY PLAYGROUND, OAHU
EQUIPMENT FOR A NEW PLAYGROUND
IN NIU VALLEY.
