A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the hawaii community development authority.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The Hawaii community development authority shall be prohibited from selling the fee interest in any public lands in the Kakaako community development district.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2020.
