A BILL FOR AN ACT
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR capital improvement projects for the TWENTY-SECOND representative district.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2005-2006.
1. Hokulani elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction for electrical power upgrade for the school to eliminate power outages and accommodate increased power use of computers and other technology.

Construction $ 340,000
Total Funding $ 400,000
2. President George Washington middle school, Oahu
Construction, equipment, and installation to install a Norstar Modular ICS-XC telephone system with a four-port voice mail services in each classroom.

3. King William C. Lunalilo elementary school, Oahu
Classroom renovations.
