A BILL FOR AN ACT
making an appropriation for building f partition for salt lake elementary school.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $800,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2005-2006, for a partition for building F of Salt Lake elementary school as follows:
Design $ 80,000
Construction $720,000
Total Funding $800,000
SECTION 2. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of accounting and general services for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2005.
