A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF the FORTY-FIRST REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2005-2006.
1. Kalei'opu'u elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction of concrete firebreak at rear
of school.
Design and Construction $16,000
Total Funding $16,000
2. Kalei'opu'u elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction of fire rescue area on second floor of building G.
Design and Construction $110,000
Total Funding $110,000
3. Kalei'opu'u elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction to extend mauka side of fire lanes to the school.
Design and Construction $45,000
Total Funding $45,000
4. Waikele elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction of electrical lighting on walkway from the lower parking lot to the main campus.
Design and Construction $85,000
Total Funding $85,000
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of accounting and general services for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2005.
