A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to capital improvement projects for the benefit of the forty-fifth representative district.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2005-2006.
1. To be expended by the department of accounting and general services:
A. Waianae High School.
Architectural barrier removal.
Plans, design, and construction $2,750,000
Girls athletic locker room.
Plans, design, and construction 2,000,000
Air conditioning and power upgrade for nineteen portable classrooms.
Plans, design, and construction 1,230,000
Expand cafeteria.
Plans, design, and construction 3,500,000
B. Waianae Intermediate School.
Telecommunications upgrade.
Plans, design, and construction 585,000
Architectural barrier removal.
Plans, design, and construction 1,650,000
SPED trailers.

Air conditioning.

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective capital projects set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the designated expending agency for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2005.
