Measure Title: RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL THEFT.
Report Title: Agricultural Certificates; Theft
Description: Establishes that possession by any person of agricultural products and livestock without the proper certificates is prima facie evidence that these items were stolen. Amends definition of "agricultural equipment, supplies, or products" to include agricultural "commodities." Includes theft of agricultural products that exceed 25 pounds within the offense of theft in the second degree. (HB1201 CD1)
