Appropriates funds for the department of land and natural resources to survey and map all existing public access ways to shoreline areas.

Clarifies the definition of "shoreline". Prohibits shoreline planting to establish the shoreline and for certification purposes. Authorizes the state land surveyor to rescind a shoreline certification based on a misrepresentation in the application. (HB1020 HD3)

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.

Appropriates funds to the Commission on Water Resource Management to complete water management tasks.
