Reduces fee for notice filing of SEC Form D for private placement of securities by issuers. (SD1)

Note: This measure will be used to insert contents of S.B. No. 717, S.D. 1, H.D. 1- which transfers the Business Action Center from the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism to the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and grants civil service status to its employees, except the supervisor.

RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS.

Establishes the Office of International Affairs to coordinate and promote peace through improved economic, social, cultural, and scientific relations with other countries. (SD1)
