RELATING TO AN ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM TAX CREDIT.

Provides a tax credit for the cost of energy storage systems installed for the storage of electricity or another useful energy product created by electricity in order to shift electric load to off-peak periods.

Repeals State's electronic surveillance statute and conforms the State's electronic surveillance laws to federal laws; regulates oral, electronic, and wire communications surveillance and interception; sets procedures for surveillance and interception. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST SEAWATER AIR CONDITIONING PROJECTS ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU.

Authorizes issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to Honolulu Seawater Air Conditioning LLC for the purpose of design and construction of the chilled water distribution system and balance-of-system components and structures of a district cooling system in downtown Honolulu.
